All our lashes are carefully handcrafted to deliver the perfect look and quality you deserve.
Because of this handmade nature, your lashes may vary slightly from the product images shown online — but don’t worry, they’ll still match the style, quality, and beauty you fell in love with. ✨

We always aim for accuracy in photos and descriptions, but minor variations can happen due to lighting, screen displays, or material differences.

💕 How to Use & Care

We want you to get the most out of your lashes!

  • Our reusable lashes are made for cosmetic use only.

  • Follow our lash care guide for safe application and removal.

  • Avoid sharing lashes (your eyes deserve their own pair).

  • Clean the lash band gently after 1-2 uses and store them in their original case.

  • Avoid water, oil-based products, and mascara directly on the lashes.

With good care, you can enjoy them for 10–20 uses or more. 🌸

⚠️ Health & Safety

Please always patch-test your lash adhesive before using it near your eyes.
If any irritation or discomfort occurs, remove the lashes immediately and discontinue use.
We’re not responsible for allergic reactions or injuries caused by improper use or incompatible adhesives.

If you have sensitive skin or eyes, consult your healthcare provider before using lash adhesives or false lashes.

  • Payment is required in full at checkout before we can ship your order.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or opened lash products.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to replace the item or issue a refund.
